For this workshop, it is essential students have access to a device (e.g. laptop, tablet, or smartphone).
Our Resilience workshop explores themes of self-reflection and goal setting. Following the PSHE programme of study, students will learn to understand what can affect wellbeing and resilience and simple strategies to help build resilience to negative opinions, judgements and comments.
This workshop provides a structured and engaging space for young people to:
Reflect on their own life experiences.
Share learning through collaboration with peers in an inclusive setting.
Identify positive influences in their life and how to use these for better mental health.
Identify negative barriers and how to overcome them.
Apply learnings into short and long term goal-setting.
Develop an in-depth understanding of the Tellmi app and how it can support them and others.
Provide an opportunity for feedback and reflection.
The workshop can be delivered for individual classes or an entire year group. Our facilitators are DBS checked and bring a wealth of knowledge and experience in psychology, education and working with young people.
Please note, after you have requested the workshop, we will get in touch with you to discuss further details.
