Tellmi is commissioned by the NHS

Tellmi’s multi-award winning mental health service delivers peer, counsellor and specialist support, 365 days a year, with no referrals and no waiting lists.

Tellmi adheres to all four quadrants of the Thrive model

Tellmi prioritises engagement through our school and community outreach programme. We build working partnerships with mental health support teams and community-based services to encourage widespread adoption of the Tellmi service.

Tellmi offers a 365 day step-up step-down solution where young people can access a mix of peer, counsellor, 1-2-1 and local support to get the level of help that they need with no delay.

By embedding into local care pathways we can integrate local services into the Tellmi directory so that young people can quickly connect to services in their region.

For commissioners, monthly, quarterly and annual data reporting provides transparent metrics on engagement, impact and mental health outcome which helps the NHS to provide better, more targeted support to the young people in their care.

“Working with Tellmi is like discovering the perfect harmony between innovation and empathy. Tellmi has proven to be an  invaluable ally in our mission to support the mental health and wellbeing of children and young people in Somerset. The platform exemplifies compassion and a genuine commitment to making a positive difference.”
